आगरा के छीपीटोला में रचा गया धार्मिक इतिहास: एक ही मंच पर उपाध्याय पदारोहण और जैनेश्वरी मुनि दीक्षा, उमड़ा हजारों श्रद्धालुओं का जनसैलाब

पार्श्वधाम दिगम्बर जैन मंदिर, छीपीटोला सोमवार को एक ऐतिहासिक और अविस्मरणीय धार्मिक आयोजन का साक्षी बना। वैज्ञानिक संत आचार्य श्री 108 निर्भयसागर जी महाराज के मंगल सानिध्य एवं समस्त मुनिसंघ की पावन उपस्थिति में आयोजित उपाध्याय पदारोहण दिवस एवं भव्य जैनेश्वरी मुनि दीक्षा महोत्सव में हजारों श्रद्धालुओं का जनसैलाब उमड़ पड़ा। इस अद्वितीय आयोजन ने जैन समाज के धार्मिक इतिहास में एक नया स्वर्णिम अध्याय जोड़ दिया।
महोत्सव का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण क्षण तब आया जब निर्यापक मुनिश्री शिवदत्तसागर जी महाराज को विधिवत उपाध्याय पद से अलंकृत किया गया। वहीं कोटा निवासी ब्रह्मचारी मोहनलाल भैया ने सांसारिक जीवन का त्याग कर मुनि दीक्षा ग्रहण की और उन्हें मुनिश्री वासुदत्तसागर जी महाराज नाम प्रदान किया गया। एक ही मंच पर हुए इन दोनों ऐतिहासिक धार्मिक संस्कारों ने छीपीटोला को देशभर के जैन समाज की आस्था का केंद्र बना दिया।
प्रातःकाल जैन भवन से पार्श्वधाम तक निकली भव्य शोभायात्रा में बैंड-बाजों, धार्मिक ध्वजों, भक्ति गीतों और जयघोषों के बीच हजारों श्रद्धालु शामिल हुए। मार्ग में जगह-जगह पुष्पवर्षा कर आचार्यश्री ससंघ का भव्य स्वागत किया गया। श्रद्धालुओं की भारी भीड़ से पूरा छीपीटोला भक्तिमय वातावरण में डूब गया।
महोत्सव का ध्वजारोहण मनीष जैन, अनीष जैन एवं दीपक जैन (बोतल वाले परिवार) द्वारा किया गया। पंडाल का उद्घाटन हीरालाल बैनाड़ा एवं निर्मल मोठया परिवार ने किया, जबकि दीप प्रज्ज्वलन एवं चित्र अनावरण राहुल जैन और रवि जैन ने किया। छीपीटोला की बालिकाओं ने मंगलाचरण प्रस्तुत किया तथा सौभाग्यवती महिलाओं ने पारंपरिक चौक पूरण की रस्म निभाई।
इस अवसर पर आगरा, फिरोजाबाद और अलीगढ़ जैन समाज ने वर्ष 2026 के चातुर्मास एवं मंगल प्रवास हेतु आचार्य श्री निर्भयसागर जी महाराज के समक्ष श्रीफल भेंट कर विनय निवेदन किया और उनका मंगल आशीर्वाद प्राप्त किया।
मंत्रोच्चार के बीच आचार्य श्री निर्भयसागर जी महाराज ने निर्यापक मुनि शिवदत्तसागर जी महाराज के मस्तक पर स्वस्तिक अंकित कर उन्हें उपाध्याय पद के संस्कारों से विभूषित किया। उपाध्याय पद की घोषणा होते ही पूरा पंडाल “जय-जय उपाध्याय श्री” के उद्घोष से गूंज उठा और श्रद्धालुओं ने खड़े होकर भावभीनी वंदना की।
इसके बाद समारोह का सबसे भावुक क्षण तब आया, जब कोटा निवासी बाल ब्रह्मचारी मोहनलाल भैया ने संसार का त्याग कर जैनेश्वरी मुनि दीक्षा ग्रहण की। आचार्य श्री ने अपने करकमलों से उनका केशलोंच कर मुनि दीक्षा प्रदान की और उन्हें मुनिश्री वासुदत्तसागर जी महाराज नाम से विभूषित किया। दीक्षा के पश्चात उनके परिजनों ने नवीन कमंडल एवं पिच्छी भेंट कर भावभीनी विदाई दी। इस भावुक दृश्य ने हजारों श्रद्धालुओं की आंखें नम कर दीं।
अपने मंगल प्रवचनों में संतों ने धर्म, संयम, तप, संस्कार और आत्मकल्याण का संदेश देते हुए समाज को सदाचार, सेवा और आध्यात्मिक जीवन अपनाने का आह्वान किया।
आगरा, फिरोजाबाद, टूंडला, शिकोहाबाद, इटावा, बरहन, जलेसर, कोटा, दिल्ली, सागर, अशोकनगर सहित देश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से पहुंचे हजारों श्रद्धालुओं एवं गणमान्य नागरिकों की उपस्थिति से पूरा पार्श्वधाम परिसर खचाखच भरा रहा। श्रद्धा, भक्ति और उल्लास से सराबोर यह आयोजन आने वाले वर्षों तक छीपीटोला के धार्मिक इतिहास की गौरवगाथा के रूप में याद किया जाएगा।
कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन में मंदिर समिति, महोत्सव समिति एवं युवा कार्यकर्ताओं की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही। अंत में आयोजकों ने सभी अतिथियों, श्रद्धालुओं, समाजबंधुओं एवं मीडिया प्रतिनिधियों का आभार व्यक्त किया। कार्यक्रम का प्रभावी संचालन मनोज जैन बाकलीवाल ने किया।

Parshvadham Digambar Jain Temple in Chhipitola witnessed an extraordinary and historic religious event on Monday as thousands of devotees gathered to participate in the Upadhyaya Investiture Ceremony and the Grand Jain Monk Initiation (Jaineshwari Diksha Mahotsav) under the divine guidance of Scientific Saint Acharya Shri 108 Nirbhaysagar Ji Maharaj and the revered Jain monastic order. The remarkable event etched its name into the golden pages of Jain religious history.
The highlight of the ceremony was the conferment of the prestigious Upadhyaya title upon Niryapak Muni Shri Shivdatt Sagar Ji Maharaj. Simultaneously, Brahmachari Mohanlal Bhaiya of Kota renounced worldly life and received Jain monk initiation, being bestowed with the monastic name Muni Shri Vasudatt Sagar Ji Maharaj. Hosting both sacred ceremonies on a single platform made the occasion truly historic and transformed Chhipitola into a major center of faith for the Jain community across the country.
A grand religious procession began from Jain Bhavan and culminated at Parshvadham Temple. Accompanied by traditional bands, religious flags, devotional hymns, and chants, thousands of devotees participated enthusiastically. The procession was warmly welcomed with flower showers at various locations, creating a spiritually vibrant atmosphere throughout Chhipitola.
The ceremonial flag hoisting was performed by the families of Manish Jain, Anish Jain, and Deepak Jain (Botal Wale Family). The main pavilion was inaugurated by Hiralal Bainada and Nirmal Mothya families, while Rahul Jain and Ravi Jain performed the ceremonial lamp lighting and portrait unveiling. Young girls from Chhipitola presented the auspicious invocation, and married women performed the traditional Chowk Puran ritual.
During the event, Jain communities from Agra, Firozabad, and Aligarh formally invited Acharya Shri Nirbhaysagar Ji Maharaj for Chaturmas 2026 and future spiritual visits by offering Shrifal and seeking his blessings.
Amid sacred Jain chants, Acharya Shri Nirbhaysagar Ji Maharaj marked the forehead of Muni Shri Shivdatt Sagar Ji Maharaj with a sacred swastika and formally invested him with the title of Upadhyaya. The announcement was greeted with thunderous chants of “Jai Jai Upadhyaya Shri”, as thousands of devotees rose to offer their heartfelt reverence.
The most emotional moment of the celebration followed when Brahmachari Mohanlal Bhaiya of Kota renounced worldly attachments and accepted Jain monk initiation. Acharya Shri personally performed the sacred Keshloch ritual and bestowed upon him the monastic name Muni Shri Vasudatt Sagar Ji Maharaj. Following the initiation, family members offered the traditional Kamandal and Pichhi with tearful devotion, leaving many in the audience deeply moved.
In their spiritual discourses, the revered saints emphasized the values of religion, self-discipline, renunciation, moral character, and self-realization, inspiring society to embrace a life of virtue, service, and spirituality.
Thousands of devotees and dignitaries from Agra, Firozabad, Tundla, Shikohabad, Etawah, Barhan, Jalesar, Kota, Delhi, Sagar, Ashok Nagar, and several other parts of the country filled the Parshvadham premises to capacity. The unprecedented gathering of faith and devotion made this celebration a landmark event that will be remembered for years to come.
The successful organization of the grand event was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the Temple Committee, Festival Committee, and numerous young volunteers. The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks to all devotees, guests, community members, and media representatives. The event was skillfully anchored by Manoj Jain Bakliwal.
