अधिकारियों ने तेजी से कार्रवाई करते हुए नवनीथम्मा और उनके परिवार को खोज निकाला। सोमवार को मंदिर प्रशासन ने उनका सम्मानपूर्वक स्वागत किया, बायोमेट्रिक प्रक्रिया में हर संभव सहायता प्रदान की और उन्हें विशेष VIP ब्रेक दर्शन कराए।

With the support of her family, Navaneethamma successfully completed the challenging 9-kilometre Alipiri footpath, climbing nearly 3,550 steps through the Seshachalam Hills to reach the sacred temple. Her determination, courage, and unwavering faith have earned widespread admiration across the country.
Moved by her inspiring devotion, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Following the viral video, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Chairman B. R. Naidu directed temple officials to locate Navaneethamma and ensure she received a respectful and comfortable pilgrimage experience.
Acting swiftly, the officials traced Navaneethamma and her family. On Monday, temple staff personally welcomed her, assisted her with the mandatory biometric verification process, and arranged a special VIP Break Darshan, allowing her to have a smooth and memorable visit to the shrine.
